Your TalkSpot site may be offline, if you're seeing this page.
99% of the time, the following reason is the cause:
- Your subscription has lapsed and upgrading the site will immediately correct the issue.
Before contacting TalkSpot support, it is very possible that your site has simply lost its subscription. This can occur for many reasons, from cancellations, to changing to a new card, to card expirations, a technical error, expired trial period, etc. For a variety of reasons, a TalkSpot subscription can simply lapse, without it being directly attributed to a clear lack of payment (although, that can happen, too).
To check and/or upgrade your payment status:
- Visit your website.
- Log in to it, by clicking the "Log in" notice at the bottom of the page
- Fill in your email and password.
- Wave your mouse over the toolkit, in the top-right corner of the screen. This will display a menu.
- Under "Account Manager", select "Account Status and Billing".
- This will tell you the status of your site.
- If your status is unpaid for any reason, simply upgrading your site will immediately return your site to good standing.
- We offer PayPal, Amazon Payments and/or Credit Cards for payment.
Other Possibilities:
- Talkspot is temporarily down doing maintenance. This happens rarely and usually lasts less than 5 minutes. If your site is down, but is in good standing, wait a few minutes to see if it returns.
- An incompatible tool may have been added. TalkSpot allows our customers to add tools to their site that come from third parties. Sometimes this can close a site down, simply due to technical limitations. If this is the case, contact customer support.
- The email address we have for you is incorrect and we need to contact you. On occasion we need to communicate with our members. If we discover a site has an email address that isn't working, we may use this method to get in touch with you.
If you have verified that your site is in good standing and have waited for upwards of 10 minutes and your site is still down:
